I had previously requested that I not receive the grant CD, as I did not want the $49.95 monthly charge on my credit card.

Well, today I received a copy of this CD and requested how I could return the CD. I was advised by Jack Springer that my subscription was being cancelled.

I was given a cancellation number of 176969; however I don't believe it is being cancelled considering it was sent without my approval.

How do I block my debit card from being charged the $49.95 fee?
