Face To Face Technologies
It is febuary 2009 and i have been waiting since august for my refund

I purchased a magazine subscription from a sells person in July. The wrong magazines started to show up. I called and was informed that the magazine I ordered they do not have and they never had. I did every thing I was suppose to do and here it is February and I still do not have my refund. I just keep getting the run around. The phone rings busy some days, some days only a machine picks up. This company needs to be shut down.
