Charged my bank account for something I never received Internet

I recently visited google cash web site and sent for the "kit" for 1.00 shipping fee. I was to receive an e-mail immediately after the processing of the 1.00. Nothing came. I tried to call, no answer or just a recording. I sent e-mails to chris, no reply. Now after 2 weeks, they charged my bank account 29.95 for the first month service charge of using the product I never received. I finally got through to a customer service live person, and she stated that she was sorry I was mis informed but I was not going to receive any kit just an e-mail with log in iformation on how to access the web site. I told her I never got it and I want my money refunded and to stop taking money from my account. She said they cannot refund my money because they don't have proof I never received the initial e-mail. I explained that had I received it I would have used it at least once and I will go to the better business bureau, all over the internet etc and let everyone know what a scam it is. Taking people's money for no product is how you make google cash. I think Google should sue these people for mis representing the google name. She then stated they will refund my money with in 5 - 10 days and cancel my subscription. We shall see and I will keep you posted.
