This company is a scam! Do not order from them! The owner, Joseph Foret is personally abusive

This company is running a scam! Do not use this web site. The owner, Joseph Foret, is intentionally defrauding customers and is also personally abusive!

Last night I was considering ordering a bra from them and the web site required that I enter my credit card information before I could see what the total price would be less their advertised discount and plus shipping. Before I knew what was happening, the web site processed this like it was a completed transaction, which I never intended to happen.

The next day, today I called up the company and explained the situation and immediately got push back from the receptionist, she couldn't cancel my order and I would have to pay the shipping cost for delivery and return. I asked to speak to a manager.

The"manager" got on the phone and I explained the situation. His response was "I make that transaction every day and you are wrong, you agreed to the terms of service and you are liable. I asked him to log onto the web site with me and I would show him how this happened to me. He refused and started shouting at me:

"You can't admit that you can't even run a computer. You should just pack it up and send it back to the store you ordered it from!"

After spewing more abuse at me he then refused to tell me what his name was.

I found out the names of the companies owners. Joseph Foret and David Cole. I called back and asked to speak with Joseph Foret. The man who I knew as the "manager" picked up and said, "Aren't you the person I was just speaking to?"

The companies owner, Joseph Foret, is intentionally defrauding customers!

I am now reporting them to my credit card company. I should not have to pay for this!
