PCH - Scam - Check in the mail - Phone # rings busy

My father received a "certificate" from PCH stating that he too had won the 2nd place prize of 1 million dollars with a check for any "supposed" fees. The check was in the amount of $5890.00 like others i have read about. The check was written off of a Bank of America account. We did call the number but it constantly rings busy. Im glad that Rip Off report has made it easy for people to report scams like this! Thanks to everyone who actually took the time to post a warning!
