Out of business?

I made a purchase for a cell phone on thursday nov. 13 for 180.00 and paid an additional 25.00 for express 1 to 2 day mail. The following tuesday still no phone so i called wireless galaxy and after 75 minutes on hold i was told it was packaged and being shipped that day. Now it is nov. 24th and still no phone and now they do not pick up there phone and i have tried all of there contact numbers. What a scam i fell into. Dont make the same mistake i did.
