These ripoffs got into my bank account with some kind of phony paperwork without notifing anybody and took my unployment benifits. So i filed a challange to garnishment. Here is a paper that they sent to linn county court in there own words of what happened.

Please accept this letter as a follow-up to the challenge of garnishment hearing that took place in front of judge (name) on january 5. At the time of the hearing, judge (name) ordered that funds received from the garnishment be forwarded to the court for disbursement to (my name). My office spoke with a representative from (my name) bank on january 21 who indicated the garnished funds have been redeposited into (my name) account. As such, there will be no funds forwarded to the court by my office

this is a total lie they have not contacted my bank or returned the funds.
This ripoff firm relies on wrong addresses, case#s, and any else to prolong the paperwork in the hoping that you will get discouraged and forget about it. So today we go to the oregon state bar. I encourage anybody to do the same. Don't mess with them go straight to the bar. And by all means don't belive anything they say, they are total liers. Please folks lets do all we can to shut this illegle law office down. They are in contept of court right now and think nobody will do anything about it, this is what they relie on. I have contacted the judge and was told he was to busy to enforce his ruling. This is total bull*
