They purchased the company and ar only to created a entirely new company called agora marketing solutions and as an uncertain date in august possibly the 25th they has sdp cease to exisits, leaving many many companies unpaid.

They also fired top executives and worked their way down the flow chart cutting job after job and giving employees no credit for all the dedicated years of svc with sdp, in their eyes since sdp was gone the employee were considered new and had to start all over. They took away benefits and made people take vac or lose it since they changed carry overs of unused time. They are by no means finished with reducing the head count ~there is more to come in the next few weeks. They have out sourced alot of work and are trying to get their computer system changed for more web based use thus getting rid of some it employees. They will be moving from their current location 16120 us highway 19 n to the old eckerd building on the corner of belcher and bryan dairy within the next several weeks ~ employees should be prepared for more layoffs.
