Harassing Marketing Calls Daily Even When Requested To Not Be Called Again

I don't know how these people got my information, but they say I signed up on their web site, which I didn't. The first day I politely stated that I did not request information or sign up to buy anything from them as I had no interest in their product. The second time I told them to remove my name and number from their calling list. The third time I told them I was on the National Do Not Call List and that I had previously asked to not be called again and then hung up on them.

The thing that annoys me the most is how did they get my number. Because the only place I have entered my phone number online is on my banks and credit card companies website, and they state outright that they do not sell or distribute contact information.

Does anyone know how many consecutive days they have to call before its legally considered harassment? And if they call again what should I do? I hate being rude and I know the people calling are just doing their job.
