Ripping off desperate people

Do not do business with IMC they are scam artists. They got $597.50 out of me. After getting your money they dont contact you like they say they will, when you try to contact them they direct you to someone else who is not even there to take your call, when you leave a message for someone to call you back they dont! I was told by a man named Chris at ext. 420 that he has worked with and has had very good success with FHA, well I contacted HUD/FHA and they have never even heard of IMC Financial services. They claim they are working in your best interest (NOT) If you are lucky enough to actually speak with a live person the one you are speaking with knows little if not nothing about your case.

I checked out they'er business address on mapquest it does not even exist I have been trying to get money back but all I get is a run around. After finally speaking with Heather at ext. 223 she said my refund is going to be reviewed and there will be a $299.00 fee. I have had nothing but headaches trying to deal with these people.

The BBB has had (if I remember correctly) 17 complaints in the last 12 months about IMC. I WARN ALL WHO READ THIS! If you need help keeping your home and do not want to risk being ripped off contact HUD they were very helpful to me and the service is free.

I spoke with a CJ Cohoon today and explained my dissatisfaction with IMC and I expressed that I was left with little choice but to go to the BBB or Dept. Of justice or any other agency I could think of in order to get my money back and her response was "Go ahead I dont care" It just goes to show that in these times of financial crisis when people are the most desperate the vultures of the world come crawling out of the woodwork to prey on whomever they can.
