Wont stop charging my debit card

I ordered Entenze, this company Biotab will not stop charging my debit card, I have called the repeatedly, they are rude, yell at me! I called my card holder and they said there is nothing they can do to stop it, what am I going to do? This is my unemployment debit card. This company needs to be stopped, does anyone have any suggestions as how to get them to stop charging my card and getting my money back?
