It is happening to me, also!

I placed an order for the free trial on 1/13. The shipping and handling fee was taken from my account the following day. I have received nothing and cannot get customer service answer my emails. After reading all of the reports here, I know that I will never be answered and they will attempt to deduct the $79.90 from my account. I am going to close the account before they can. I cannot believe that I was duped into this and did not go to this website first. I should have known better as I have checked into other companies in the past before ordering.
I will contact the BBB and the Attorney General's office as this is fraud and theft.
