Is not as advertised. No free downloads/ringtones

An hour ago i ordered and paid for "unlimited ringtone downloads". Before doing this i did the test that they recommend. It seemed to work fine. I went to register. They asked for my phone model. It was Not on their list so i entered "other". Then it asked for "resolution". I can't find that either on the phone or in my manual. I could not register. Then i went to download to see if i could do anything. It said i could not download, that i could get ringtrones from a cd or whatever. It made no sense to me. When i went to cancel membership after a frustrating hour, it said i could not cancel. It's only 7.99 but i get nothing for my 7.99. I am retired and on limited income. I thought this sounded like a good deal but found out that it's a rip-off. I'm writing this so that others will avoid this company.
