Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I found out I was charged $12 in my credit card when I was abroad and at that time I did not use my credit card at all. I thought may be I bought something, bt it does not look like. Since I was not in US, I did not call the credit card company citibank to ask about it but just email them. They refused to talk about it in my email, and insisted that I call them. Since it is not much and I was inconvenient to call when I was not here. I just paid it.
And when I came back, I found out I was charged again. This time I called citi again, and they asked me to call the Reservation Rewards 800-7327031 Ct
for information. I called the number and noticed it is not a service I bought.
So I asked them to cancelled it. They agreed, but I waitted for a long time and it is still a problem.
That is so bad. Since they are just taking money away every month. I am so disappointed now I decide not to use citi bank again.
