Needy Greedy Landlords & Very Incapable Judge pro tem SHOULD RETIRE! Renters & plaintiffs, BEWARE!

This wannabe judge mishandled my case from start to finish. I have concrete evidence. I have photographs. I have a good case. Either the wannabe judge and the defendants were friends or this totally incapable and rude judge didn't like renters. There was bias there, quite strongly so. I know I need an expert, a real judge, not someone on training wheels. I would never agree to a pro tem but they magically stated I had where I looked up my case online.

It also states it was contested, but by whiom? This is news to me. What defendant would contest a win? I have over 60 photographs on a USB flash drive, but the judge didn't know how to use it. He said, i don't need it, my computer doesn't work with those. Every computer has a USB drive, even the older ones like his was! Am I to lose because I am technologically literate? Is his computer there to take up space and look good?

An older couple with limited skills for any household task apart from hobbies, these needy, greedy landlords, Wright and Harrold, stole my $2700. Deposit, $430. Of it on 4 keys and 2 remotes, $300. On a cleaning deposit for smelly filthy carpeting, floors and windows and the rest on rent $1985. I do have Ca. Landlord tenant laws on my side regarding the facts of my case. I have a contract that was repeatedly breached. I have a fire department report. I have a plumber's statement.

I have more than enough to prove my case, by simply a preponderance of the evidence alone, not to mention it goes far beyond any reasonal doubt. This judge never looked at the evidence. He didn't want to hear the facts if they did not align with his already-decided conclusion. When I began by stating, "The landlords started a fire in my upstairs 3rd floor bathroom, trying to repair a plumbing leak, " he interrupted me and asked them, "You were using a torch to sweat the pipe?" Now he is a plumber too! This judge had the audacity to state, "That happens, I know."

We have lost of so much because of this, yet the landlords wanted to do more with their acetylene torch, at my expense, for even more days than they had already consumed of our life the past six weekends. I said, "No! No more." All I asked repeatedly, was please hire a professional! The night of the fire, 8:00 P.M., they refused to even cover one night in the hotel, also in their contract. The stench was so severe, not to mention the cold from having to have the windows open all night, with my self and child, if we stayed, though our belongings had to, we were at risk. Two weeks later we moved. The stench still strong, my belonging smoke damaged, mostly destroyed so we've had to throw them out.

Yesterday, I get a paper stating the defendants do not have to pay anything on my claim. No signature of a judge anywhere! I can't even make out the signature of the clerk. There is no explanation at all, anywhere! This so called judge has a complete lack of respect for the law, the not-so-well-off people of Orange County, and of educated women with a mind of their own. If you have a case that sends you to department S-8, in Laguna Hills, Ca. Please ask for a change of venue! It will be the best thijng you could do for yourself in ANY case!
