I came across their site on line (Grant Resource Guide) and wanted to know more. And I could if I paid only the shipping of $2.95 which I thought seemed pretty good. So I purchased it and received the CD a short while later. Only to realize there wasn't anything on CD. It wouldn't even load. And now I'm concerned because I have given these vultures my credit card information. Hopefully! Someone will read this and detour them from the same misfortune.
