This company lures you in with a free trial offer. If within 15 days from the day you place the order, you do not cancel you will receive another shipment for $88.97. You can call until you are blue in the face, they will not refund your money charged to your credit card. You can yell scream, threaten them with legal action, they do not listen or care. The so-called billing dept is a marketing company by the name of Genix Marketing. These are the people that are experts in ignoring your request for a RMA (return authorization). If you are lucky, they may offer you a partial refund of $38-$39.00 against your $89.00. If you accept that you are a fool, because that enables them to close your claim, you took a settlement. These guys are all about not refunding your money.

I suggest to anyone getting involved with this company to file a report with the Attorney Generals Office in California. Also, most importantly, call your credit card company and deny the charge. And file a report with your local Postal Inspector, United States Postal Service. The USPS will give them more problems then they can handle. This I believe is a very important step, enough of these complaints will put them out of business.
