Animal Hospital Pet got sick under his care

I dropped my dog off, since the wait was long there to just get shots. I was planning to leave my dog there and wanted him up to date. So later in the week, I boarded my dog for the holiday weekened. I came back and picked it up and noticed my dog acting strange. It was hacking allot, he wasnt his happy self, he was wimpering allot and refused to eat for the longest time.

I called becker up and asked why is my dog acting strange. "I dont know, figure it out." He said. "Uh... Thats why Im calling you." "Well, I dont know, maybe you did something to it.""no, its been in your care the whole time." "I dont know then." He hangs up on me.

So, I call back and talk to some guy and ask, if he could help me since becker was useless. "Well, the symptons sounds like kennel cough." I was shocked, "how can it be kennel cough when I paid for the shot MYSELF at your location?" "You didnt pay for anyshots."
"Uhh... Yes I did. I have the receipt." It said I paid for the shots. "Our records show that your dog didnt get anyshots." "so I paid for shots that were never given to my dog?" "If the boot fits."

I asked to talk to becker and asked him how was it that I paid for shots that were not given to my dog.
'Well, its your fault that you cant take care of your dog."

I asked for a refund and Becker got defensive. He refuse to give me a refund b/c I never got the shots, But I paid for them. He claimed that that bill was for a checkup for them to see if my dog could stay, not shots.
"dont bother me b/c of your stupidity." He hung up on me.
I was livid. I did call around and took my dog to get help.

Eventually I took him to a Animal emergency room and they treated him. I told the drs my case and they stated 'oh, he's like that. Everyone knows. Half his old customers come here."

"So, he's stealing money for his own selfish greed and hurting animals in the process and STILL is working as a vet?" Besides that I got a call, I let the answering machine take the call, from becker stating that I owe him money.

Apparently my dog got other dogs sick and he wanted me to pay for the other dogs treatment since I was the reason that caused it.
Is he that evil?
He Blames others for his mistakes?
Well, I didnt answer him and reading the other complaints about 'dr quacko', Im waiting for his letter.
