The very next day, two - I repeat - two $20 entries appeared on my credit card - called and went through ninety-nine steps for ending my pledge (if they can't get that right, why donate?).

Got a $20 credit to my credit card - never could get the other $20 credited.

The date of 12-16 was used as the date I cancelled my pledge - I called 3 times in the interim to confirm the cancellation and it checked out.

I checked my credit card today - the 21st of January - and there it appears: $20 to the ASPCA.

Now I am going through hell trying to get my money back. Please don't be fooled - these people are creeps - they send you back and forth with each person asking the same info - I spoke to five people with no help this morning. Now I am filing with the State's Attorney General and my credit card company.
