Brides-to-be please beware. Around the end of September I ordered bouquets, corsages, and other items for me and my wedding party. I did receive my order within 3 weeks and was initially satisfied. Around the beginning of October I returned one of the bouquets and ordered another one. A little after 3 weeks my item had not arrived. I did not worry at first because the website says that orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Going into the 5th week there was still no delivery of the bouquet or a refund for the item I returned and I began to worry a little. I e-mailed this company at least 4 times and no response. The website suggested calling them and I did that several times and no one answered and there wasn't a voice mail service. I informed Pay Pal of the situation and they told me they could not help me through their dispute resolution center because it was more than 45 days (just two days more) of my purchase. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To say that I am angry and frustrated is an understatement and I have let others know that this company is run by thieves. I will admit that I felt a little foolish at first because I thought I took to long to question about the order and I should have done some research on them. But I do feel totally DISRESPECTED. After reading the other complaints I realize now that I did what most people would have done in my situation. Planning a wedding can cause the bride-to-be her fair share of stress and anxiety and it's upsetting to have to deal with situations like this. What's even more upsetting is that their website is still up and they have the audacity to state that their prices have gone up as of January 1st.
