False Testimony, False Claims

There is a Bullworker web page dedicated to posting several of the known misrepresentations and fraudulent claims regarding this product.

To date, there is no known proof of the existence of FRANK SHERRILL, even though there have been posted messages using this name with individuals who had no knowledge of their names or images being used. Pat Grieco and Eric Taylor are two of the more recent individuals to state this. Martin Spence and Paul O'Brien are two more PUBLIC individuals who had their image and/or text changed to appear to promote the product.

All legal documents show Bert Hernandez as the marketer behind Bully Xtreme.
This goes back to e-Bay in 2006 and the Yahoo Bullworker Club with Bert Hernandez stating he is bringing in the Super 4 Bullworker from India to sell in the USA. There is no public record of "Inventor/Designer" Frank Sherrill. The address and contact name were always Bert Hernandez and M. Marcketta.

There are no Trademarks, either registered or pending, yet Bert Hernandez posts three with Bully Xtreme, Bully Extreme and Iso-Synergy, using the registered mark. The examples of fraudulent claims are too numerous to list here.

As the marketer of the product Bullworker, I have had to endure numerous false claims and unauthorized use of company Trademarks. One will never receive a straight answer regarding any of these facts, yet all are public record and easily verifiable. All website examples and posts have been filed and recorded for future references of the expected denials and claims they never existed.
