Took money but send 2000 worth of bathroom products! Italy, Postal Address Of Rayners Lane Uk italy

I have been waiting since september to receive my bathroom products, and i am now getting extremely worried, having read other peope's reports!

I orderd a wash basin (aprox 12months ago) and received it with no problems, therfore i had no hesitation in using "gaint" for my second bathroom products.

I have paid Mr Malavasi in full, as he sent me pictures of my products saying they were in the warehouse in Italy and were ready to be dispatched. But since the 17th dec he has not responded to my emails or phone messages and there is no sign of any deliveries.

Can anyone offer any advise or help as i really dont know what to do next: (
