Took money out of my checking account

I ordered Colon 700, I was told it was a free trial and all I had to do was pay for shipping. I went to my checking account and was charged $88.97 without my authorization.

Now I am trying to cancel or talk to the company but there is no answer. The phone number given picks up and a man's recorded voice says "hold while I locate your party" then piano music starts and I wait, wait, and wait.

This is a rip off.
