Won A Judgement and This Jerk still won't pay!

I won a judgement against Alfiss Thomas Ables AKA Tom Ables, what good does it do if they still won't pay you? This was in 2007 and I am still waiting to hear from my attorney that he is paying or is going to pay this. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would even share some of the percentage with anyone that would help me collect this, the attorney's already get around 33 percent, but this is building interest every day and it started out at $7900.

I believe he is hiding in the Grand Junction or Jasper Tennessee area. So beware ladies of this man he may do this to you too.
