Rgv puppies dont be fooled by a pretty website

I purchased a puppy from jessica at rgv puppies on dec 13 and she told me she would mail me the puppies vet card and registration but till this date she hasnt. I have called her and e mailed her everyday since i got the puppy and she has never answered any of my calls nor my emails. Puppy seems fine but for all i know he has not recieved any shots from a licensed vet. Please people dont be fooled by a pretty website. No service after the sale this lady should not be trusted
