Jacob Larson - Darren McDowell Are Crooks & CONMEN! Steal peoples money and then does not deliver anything but fraudulent leads

Not only is Target Publishers a bunch of scam artists but also a bunch of children. We paid 2,100 for 50 live leads and only ended up receiving about 40. Now every single one of the 40 leads we received were complete garbage that were transferred from their call center in INDIA and were filled with static, echoes, and usually resulted in hang ups. Once we received the first call I immdiately noticed that the quality of the leads were horrible and knew trouble was ahead.

This is where the story gets interesting. One of my debt specialists enrolled one of the transfers we received and we thought maybe these guys are ok. A week later the client contacted us to advise that he changed his mind and wanted to cancel. After I myself spoke with the client he finally admitted to me that he was scammed by the call center agent into speaking with us and making up a story about having credit card debt that he really didnt have. He stated to the call center agent in INDIA that he was only interested in speaking about his home mortgage and did not have any debt. The agent advised him that he would send out a application regarding the home mortgage but that he would have to play along and tell us he had debt that he really didnt have and that if he did this and told us that he was past due that he would qualify for more favorable mortgage rates!!!

I have all of this recorded as we record every single phone call. We also have 4 other recording of other clients indicating the same story and in one case they contacted the same client twice assuring him that debt settlemet would not affect his credit at all and tranferred him to another company the day before he was transferred to us. So Target Publishers actually contacted the same client twice and charged 2 different companies for the SAME LEAD!!!

When we confronted that loser Jacob Larson about these facts and that we had the recorded phone conversations to prove it he immediately became a telephone tough guy and threatened to make FALSE COMPLAINTS AGAINST OUR COMPANY.

Well today I found out from one of our clients that he made good on that promise. That MORON actually filed a false report on complaint slandering my business partner and claiming to be a client out of MIAMI FL by the name of EMILY. Too bad Jacob Larson is too uneducated to realize that we dont even accept FLORIDA clients. We also dont have any clients by the name of EMILY. Anybody who reads this please be assured that I have better things to do than write this short story. If you ever speak with these guys RUN. After this I will stop at nothing until not only do I get my money back but those BUMS get shut down. How the hell have they been getting away with this for soooo long in the first place??? Ive read about a dozen complaints about these losers and the BBB indicates that they are no longer in business. Does Oregon have any laws or what!!!??? Jacob Larson! I will be seeing you soon buddy. I wish you the best of luck but you wouldnt know what to do with it if you had it.
