After several telephone interviews, to determine if we were "worthy of being invited to join, " we decided to pursue further information. We asked to review Six Figure's contract and were told that it would be sent once we had given our credit card number. We were assured that the card WOULD NOT BE CHARGED until we signed the contract.

We specifically asked Phil Redd (the apparent big wig) if we did sign the contract, would we still have the three day "right of rescission" as stipulated in both Colorado and Utah statute. He said, "of course." After reviewing one of the most "Mickey Mouse" contracts I've ever seen, we immediately sent an e-mail to Six Figure Consulting Group notifying them that we DID NOT wish to enter into this, or any other, contract and to please issue an immediate credit memo if they had indeed tried to charge any credit card.

We never received any response from Phil Redd or anyone else at Six Figure Consulting Group. After several attempts to contact them, we received notice that our credit card HAD been charged over $11,000. After Six Figure had the money, Phil Redd finally answered his phone and told my wife she had verbally waived the right to the three day right of rescission and that he had a "tape recording" of her doing so. He declined to make that tape available to us or anyone else. He just threatened he would play it for anyone who tried to help us get the money back.

If you are researching online companies and come across Six Figure Consulting Group doing business under ANY name, run as fast as you can. They have done nothing to refund our money and in blatant violation of both Colorado and Utah law. I have the paperwork to prove it!
