Joseph Santini, Joe Santini outwitted a 79 year old woman with Dementia, what a HERO

My mom lives in Port Townsend, WA. She is a 79 year old retiree living on Social Security. She has mild dementia and is easily confused. She is also devoutly Christian in word and deed. Mom used to live a few miles from me but left here because of the heat and humidity.

She received a collection call from a guy who identified himself as Joseph Santini with Proline Solutions Group. Mr. Santini told Mom that she was delinquent on some obscure debt, and the debt had been bought and sold numerous times so they could no longer tell exactly when the debt was made or to whom it was owed. He gave a phone # 800-518-4952. I tried calling this number and it will not accept incoming calls.

He spent considerable time trying to coerce her to make a full payment. When that clearly wasn't happening, then he offered to reduce the amount owed by his commission value and suggested she might borrow the rest of the money from friends or family.

Somewhere in the process, Mom got rattled and gave him her bank account number. He promised he would only withdrawl $75 (this time)

I have asked her to make copies of any related documents, letters or contacts from Proline and send them to me for review.

She would have been fine in Washington State had she not given him her bank account information. At this point, it may be too late.

Mr. Santini has failed to name the creditor to whom the debt is owed. Mr. Santini has failed to provide an accounting of the original debt or a breakdown of costs or interest

This SCAM artist took advantage of a 79 year old with dementia. What a HERO he must be...
