Scam off acui berry free sample site Utah Interent

I got a sample of acui berry last month and then to day 1-13-09 I see 2 charges on my bank account for 1.17 and 29.95. I call and they say that I signed up for a health coach when ordering the sample UNTRUE. I am calling and then they say that they will refund my money but their system doesn't show me being charged
I gave them all the info off my bank and she says you'll talking with a supervisor
I wait and then I get hung up on.
Now I am redailing to see what happens.
