Do not settle claim up front

I Was in an Auto Accident in March 08, Serious whiplash, Neck and back pain with serious Headaches. Claims adjuster Charles Barnes suggested have test, get treatment and Nationwide would pay for the Perscribed treatment plan. After several test, xrays, and diognosis, the Xrays proved that I had severe whiplash. DERSCRIBED treatment was 6 months of chiropractic adjustments, orthodic shoes, and deep tissue massage. Nationwide, agreed to pay for the original Dr BILLS which were 1600.00 and then leave 5000.00 in an account to pay for the ongoing six months of treatment plan. After submitting one month of treatment bills of 450.00 Nationwide reimbursed me for my expense. The Very next month, I ordered Dr prescibed slip - in foot orthotics, had 4 massages and chiropractic sessions for a total of 1100.00 OF WHICH THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR ONGOING TREATMENT. They have transferred this reimbursed bill to an Amy Mcnair who now got nurses involved who say the treatment that is still the same as last bill will not be covered. Thier response is they will not pay for sections of a back or feet that are not connected directly to the original injury. All this while the doctor who is treating me has written a 3 page report for them on her plan of CONTINUED healing, which by the way has had a direct effect on my reabilitation and Healing. It seems that Charles Barnes and Amy Mcnair of Nationwide is "NOT ON YOUR SIDE" when it comes to INSURING your Auto or any other Asset thats worth SOMETHING TO YOU!!! Pathetic company!!! Run, do not walk and find someone else thats dependable...
