Don't try to get your money back after three days RIP-OFF

On 3/01 I was appoached by two young males who said that they were doing a child-like fun raiser. I was a little bit worried when the sales men themselves were a little to big to be selling candy. One came into my house first and then the other one discovered that my neighbor was answering, decided to join in on the sales pitch.

I payed no attention that the prizes that they was aiming to win was a trip to Bermuda. Who goes to Bermuda? That should have been the clue to think about this before you do this. But I engaged in a conversation about what is best for my selection and I had just only wanted one but his partner threw one in on me. So my total was $68.00. Yeah alot right.

Then one of the guy s shows me his drug-related tattoo as if I'm impressed. So they leave and I resume my life. And when I tried finding out about more the company all I got was rip-off complaints. So I called the company myself and got a young lady by the name of Tessi the office manager who hang up on twice and never was I refer to as "No ma'am" or "Yes ma'am" all I got was a " Nope" or "Well you should read more". Very rude personal also.

So I asked for the name of the person who is above her she said " The owner" right smart. So I said "What is his name?" "Mr. Pitts " she replied. I asked " Well, when will Mr. Pitts be in?" Tessi said " HE is on a fishing trip" I said "Will if that building caught on fire how would you contact him?" Another sales girl buts in and says "I guess the fire department will have to call him." " Well how does he have his number?" I asked. Then she hung up. Mind you I'm calling long distance.

So I call back and ask them to route to Mr. Pitts voice mail. She says " He doesn't have one. I will take a message down for him and IF he decides to call then he will." This company who are ripping off hundreds of customers a day can not afford for the company's own Owner to have voice mail.

I I then heard a loud remark saying I going to file harassment charges on you if you don't stop calling. This comment was made by a sales rep not the office manager because she was on a cigarette break. But I didn't say anything about harassment of my community now did I.

So all in all I didn't get my order cancelled and I'm out of a least $30.00 (the fee the bank is charging me to stop payment on the two checks I wrote). Thanks but no thanks next time.
