Consistent phone calls and harassment at work and on my cell phone

Premier Recovery contacted me at the beginning of November stating that I hadn't ever paid an ambulance bill from 8 YEARS AGO!!! First of all I was a minor and under my parents insurance at the time b/c I was in school. They left me alone for a while when my dad threatened them with a lawyer. Now they have started calling my cell phone consistently and calling my work. I am getting really sick of it. I am not giving into their scam. I would love to take them to court, but I don't have that kind of money right now.
