Margaret Matkowska took advantage of our trust, change her mind on the ordered items and decided to rip us off

We are the small graphic and printing business in the suburbs of Chicago. Before the Holidays, JM Bright, Inc., which is affiliate of W Hotels, ordered from us business cards and embroidered laundry bags for their company. The total payment on this order was $ 1438.80.in the past they have ordered with us few times. When we asked for the deposit they assured that they will
pay when they will pick up the order.

They specified that they need this order fast, before 24 of December. No proof or sample was requested. They just needed those bags fast.

In the meantime we printed their business cards which they picked-up. We were told that they will pay when they come back for the laundry bags.

We ordered bags which they chose from our supplier and rushed with the embroidery. Order was ready on time and produced to their specifications which appeared on the invoice and several -e-mails.

When we called that order is ready there was no answer
for three weeks. We tried to contact this company many times and the only time they answered was when we use private cell-phone. After we left several messages on Friday 9 the owner of JM Bright, Inc Margaret Matkowska showed up in ouroffice.

She told us that she does not like the bags and left. She did not paid us for business cards nor bags and she stated that she is not going to pay even if we take her to court. She took advantage of our trust, change her mind and decided to rip us off.
