Identity Theft
They took money out of my account and I did not authorize it or choose this company They Said

I was viewing my bank staement and found the second of two charges that were not authorized and they refused to give a refund. This is a scam. They would not give me the name of the President of the company or let my speak to a Supervisor. I had to call 5 times and each time they would hang up on me. They pretended they could not find any information.
