Fake, rip off

I ordered dec 23,08 for a pre christmas delivery... Theire offices were supposedly closed from the 24th to the 3rd... So the thired gets here and i email them, they say it unexpectedly sold it... Then they say ill get a free item if i still take the order... It can b around the same price as what i bought. What i bought was 150.. So i tell them wat i want and then they say, and i quote " NO, not that item, something around 20 bucks or so" im like wtf. To make a long story short, they will never return emails, i had to send 3 to get 1. They basically fake and rip people off like me..

They got my money, and i am a officer too, so i got the ip addresses and everything, they about to get it good! Yall gon give me ere cent yall eva made! Lol! Ill get the last laugh! Do not buy n e thing from these people!
