The Classiscloseouts Company advertize beautiful collection of the post stamps from different countries. On can see that as per ad the lot consists of set of post stamps first day of issue envelope (envelope itself is not interesting to me as a philatelist and from commercial point of view is worthless). The price per lot is $2.99. I bought 13 sets of different stamps. Later I received 13 first day of issue envelopes and no single set of stamps accompanied my purchase. I tried to contact the company about the issue, but I could not find any information such as phone number, email or post address.in my point of view it is a real fraud and very bad way to conduct business. Please make sure that those “entrepreneurs” would not full many other people the same way.
