Signed repossesion contract for $500.00 and our property is being held hostage at the amount of $30,000.00

We hired Repo-World, also known as ICU Inc. To repossess our 45 ft RV. We did all the work and gave them the physical address as to where the RV was located, phone numbers etc. They contacted the party and pressured them into telling them that the RV was 6 miles down the street at an RV service center getting small repairs. Repo-World drove 6 miles from the parties house to pick up the RV. Our contract was very clear and straight forward. The costs for the skip trace that was assured to lead to a recovery was capped at $500.00. The RV was then quickly recovered with no skip tracing envolved and we are now being extortoed for $30,700.00 for the return of our RV.
