Justin Evans is a DEADBEAT, who refuses to pay bills, and stiffs folks from Minnesota to Florida to Arizona.
Justin Evans is a DANGER to horses, as he ABUSES these beautiful creatures, by injecting and feeding them dangerous, drugs and chemicals, in order to win races.
Several bottles of VODKA were confiscated from his barn, and outrageous levels of ILLEGAL substances were found in the horses he trains.

Justin Evans has shown a criminal and disturbing pattern of behavior during his career as a trainer.in Minnesota, at Canterbury Park, Justin Evans had bad tests, and bad debts. This SCUM is dangerous. He does NOT seem to violent, and is more of a "girlyman" passive, effeminate sort of guy. However, Justin Evans IS a CHEATER, LIAR, and HORSE DOPER.
