I recieved a call stating that I owed a payday loan and the company is not interested in settling this debt, they in turn wish to show an example to others of people that do not pay the loans back. Under a Section 713 I could settle the case and pay them $705 but I would have to come up with $200 in 30 minutes.

My mother the following day recieved a call from someone sounding very similar to this Arnold Watson, Peter Jones, T Robinson, or John Anderson. They told me there was a mistake and that they would not make any further calls and they would expect a call from me on Jan 22nd for the remaining balance.

I, after talking to them chose to check on this company on the internet which brought me to this website and found out this information.
