Duke They never returned our $500 security deposit

Friends and I went to Amsterdam on vacation in November. We had sent a $500 security deposit and now we can not get it back. I have sent so many e-mails and only received one response back in November. Duke, the guy I have been dealing with since we rented the apartment, messaged me back and said it should have gone in automatically but if it didn't, it would take him 24 hours to check into it. I has been almost 2 months and I haven't heard back from him since. I would love to find out a postal mailing address so I can have my lawyer send Duke a nice letter.
