Charged credit card for products not ordered that was returned

I ordered trial sizes of AcaiBerry and SlimShake with shipping charges only of $4.95?? Later I rec'd another shipment of both items. Since I had not ordered them, I marked thru my name and wrote "Return to Sender" on the pkgs. When checking my Visa acct. I had been charged $88.62.89 and $94.57 $. 95. I called the customer service dept and got someone who couldn't speak Engllish. She told me I needed a RMA # before I could send the product back but she couldn't help me. Then I got on MyTrialSupport.com chat person.

After a considerable time and many repetive questions he told me I would be given credit for $94.57 but not shipping charges. I then called the phone #listed for the other product and found out that they were both with the same co. With just different phone #'s and because I'd already been issued a credit that HE COULD NOT issue one for the $88.62 $. 89 because I DID NOT cancel before the 15 days were up.in my opinion this is definitely a scam and should be investigated, they should not be allowed to send out e-mails.
