Corporate guards are needed in places such as banks, hotels, luxury condos, highrise office buildings & corporate office buildings. Positions are limited. Guards needed for the holidays

. Experience needed will train in 24/hrs or less.
. No high school deploma or ged needed.
. Green card & w/a ok.
. Must be 18/yrs or older
. Must be available asap.
. No felonies
. Bilingual a plus

Positions and training are available for those who want to advance
in this growing industry.

. 47hr armed guard training. ($25/hr)
. Certified protection officers training. (c.P. O) ($18/hr)
. 40 hr security guard specialist. ($15/hr)

Armed positions are paying $24/hr.
Unarmed positions are paying $17/hr.

Benefits and uniforms are provided by the company.

That was the classified posted on Craigslist. When I call them they said they only require $1300 for everything for armed position and 2 months. But when I went and paid the fee they said I need to pay additional $300 plus for NY POLICE PLAZA APPROVAL AND ANOTHER $200 PLUS for Long Island Range practice. Also they said I need to pay more another $299 for 8 hour mandatory class and 16 hour on job training.

So on the top of $1300 I need to pay additional $800 WHICH THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ON THE PHONE. And also they claimed they are New York State approved agency for security job but when I told them to show it they failed. Also they said this fee includes fingerprint and I don't need to pay for the finger print but later I found it it was not the security guard company but it was the potential employer who will pay it for your finger prints if they want to hire you.

They said it takes 2 weeks. But originally takes 3-6 months on case to case basis.

Also job placement is their job and minimum is @25/hr but in reality it is not even $20./hr.
