Damaged my swingarm, Garbage paint job (runs in it, graphics didn't match, dirt in the paint, diffrent shades of color), Missing parts and kept my helmet Philadelphia Pennsylvania

The letter below was what was sent to them. After this, they kept my keys and helmet. Never put my bike back to normal. Screwed up my swingarm. Where the chrome was peeling off and weld was bad. Paint on the bike was horrible. Graphic didn't match where I was suppose to be getting air brushed, drip marks, diffrent color blue's, & fairings where warped, etc. Missing parts and screws that they lost. Also other parts of the chrome was peeling and discoloring. They delivered me a bike in parts. They are the worst and non professional company I have ever delt with. Owner is named BOZ

The 2007 CBR was dropped off to on 2. The work expected to be done was a custom paint job with graphics, Chrome extended swing arm, chrome rear sets, chrome calibers, chrome factory rotors, steal braided lines, chrome factory triple tree, chrome levers, chrome gas tank lid, chrome rims and hub. It was told to me by Will and his partner that the bike would be finished in a month in and half. It has been 6 months since the bike has been given to Xotic Street Kustomz to be worked on.
But, what concerns me the most is that you have not returned any of my calls. I have made several attempts to contact you in reference to what is currently being done to complete work on my bike. I have left your establishment several voice messages and I have also left Will the owner, several messages on his personal voicemail. Your phone lines dont have an answer machine and your company email and web site no longer exist.in my most recent attempts to contact your company, your assistant and mechanic all have answered with a response that Will would call you back and I still have not received a response. I feel that 6 months has been more than enough time to complete the work. You have not returned any of my attempts to contact you.
I am not satisfied with your company and do not feel that your not completing the work in a professional manor. Currently having an attorney resolve the issue to get my bike back.
