Unpleasant Clerk

We have patronised the store on 4610 Sonoma Hwy Santa Rosa Ca. For many years, it has always been a delightand all the clerks in the store have been helpful and pleasant.
Last Sunday (dec. 28) we met one young clerk that did not meetthat favorable heading. - When we asked for an item (politely) she said it was out of stock. Of course, this has happend beforeand is not a big thing; but when we mentioned that this was the first day of sale ;she went into a long and unpleasalnt recital and speech about retail etc. Etc. -. This girl is presumptious andarrogant, her condecending speeches were unnecessary. All she had to say was that the item would be there next week. The clerk, sname was Mallory.
Since we have been in retail ourselves for a long time, we know how hard it is to recruit good employees.
