A letter I wrote to them
My Name Is Tom. Loan # 000-00-000 Todays date is 1/02/09

I applied for a Loan Through your company last Month with Mr. Keith Thompson, I was approved for the loan and signed the agreement papers, sent the Collateral money in as requested. I thought I was On My way. Then I had a phone conversation the next day with Mr. Richard Coleman in Customer Service asking to Double My Collateral payment saying Due To My credit report The Lender Needed more money. So I really had no Choice But to send another 1,150 dollars in For A 7,000.00 Loan. I borrowed the money from My Boss and A co w-worker. The both know am in hard times and wanted to help me. Once again I thought I was on my way. Then Later that Day Mr. Coleman called and said there was trouble with the Money gram and wanted ME to resend the payment in another persons name. I checked with money gram and there was no hold on the account. Any ways I did as I was Asked. So know its 12/02/08 and I Get a phone Call from Ex. Manger Peter Duncan saying that the Lender backed out and that he could not find another lender for that amount requested. He was able to offer me another lender willing to give me a Loan for 14,000.00 and He can have it in my Account in few hrs. But this also needed additional collateral money of 2,300.00. Thats when I asked him to cancel my Loan and I asked for my money back. He then went on to tell me that he could not refund the money instill the 29th of Dec. 08. I have given every thing I could have out of my Savings and I promised C0-workers that I would be repaying them back when I received the Loan. Now I look like a Fool. You Wanted your Money as soon as possible and Now I want my money back as soon as possible. Tried to call your company the next day and there was no answer Or your blocking my Number from coming through. I had My Utilities Shut off Over the week end and Trying to get the state to help me get them turned back on. Am A single Parent with three kids at home, I can't even keep them warm in our own house. I had to send them to friends houses yesterday. I was looking forward to this loan to pay my house taxes and get caught up on bills. Now I have ever one calling and they will be taking things real soon. I can't believe It Was all A scam from the Beginning. I have Made A police Report and Conntacted the NC. BBB

I would Like to settle this matter as soon as possible. If You Would like to Call Me I would like to here from you and see what you think of this situation.

When I reread this it makes me Sick to my stomach. Still no moeny and the way it sounds I never will see it.
