Rip off on Google information

This company advertises a cd on making money on Google for $3.99.
I ordered the cd was charged 3.99 on my credit card. That same month there was a charge for $72.21 from the same company. What I received was a cd which I never opened. There was no letter, no communication, just the cd which I returned unopened. When I called to ask about the $72.21 charge, I was told I didn't cancel in the alloted time and I could not get a refund and there was no one else I could talk to. I contacted Chase Credit Card that charges me $7.99 per month for fraud protection. This also a rip-off since I was told they couldn't help me.
