They charged me 29.99 and do not give a refund or the service I paid fo

This company is a crooked company. I paid them 29.99 and have been having a lot of problem and they cut off their service after a short time, and want to force me to pay again and buy a so called new service.
The guy's name is " Jeff" who is a just a crooked man, who called me and claimed that he has sent me an e-mail telling me how to log on. When I try to log on that site I am drceted to download a sofware called " adware5". Customer is forced to download that. Even after downloading that software the e-mail claimes that customer should click on the kazagold on the desk top (there is not such short cut on the desk top) all is fraudulent business practice. This man called me using this phone number 12067746786 and when I called back no one answered.
I am going to report this company to US attorney General and California authorities to prosecute them for ripping off customers on line.
