RIP OFF UGG BOOTS - they are fakes! San Francisco California

I was ripped off! I order the boots trusting that the web Information was correct - They said no fakes, comes in original box, picture the boots with tags and UGG box.

My boots had the wrong tag inside. They were classic shorts and the tag inside said classic tall with the code 5825 for the classic shorts!

The inside label also said the lining was real lambs wool. Not true. It is a synthetic material.

Came folded up in a little box with a return address written in Chinese. How do I return with out an interpreter!!!

They also said they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. This is a lie too.

I have reported them to BBB. My credit card company, PAyPal and www.ic3. Gov/default. Aspx which is a internet fraud reporting site sponsered by the FBI

PayPal said they could only help if it had been an ebay auction because they could verify the information at the time of purchase. They said they will look into the merchant.

I have pictures of all the issues. The labels, the box, the condition of the shoe, the label, no package invoice. Etc.

I have told each agency that I have attempt to return product but company is not cooperative.

I strongly recommend you contact your credit card company. Mine is willing to investigate and have suspended the charge until it is resolved.
