I requested info plus 1 month free trial. The next thing I know is on 8/6/08 they took 115.90 out of my bank. Pills came and sent backmwithout opening them. Wasn't told no refund or returns. Beware!

I was answering questions on Judge Joe Brown and then it goes to "special offers". I asked for info on the diet meds and a month free trial. If I didn't like I wou;d contact them to stop further shipments. Well, they took $115.90 from my bank before the supplements arrived. They came 2 weeks later and I returned them without opening them up. I have no address or phone number for them. I also never received a refund. They neglected to tell me "no refunds" or returns. I live on disablity which isn't much these days. If I had known the price I wouldn't have given it a chance. They said it was $16.95 for a month but the first month was a trial. So now I have been scammed in these days of low finances. I hope a lawyer picks up these cases and puts it to the company. It sure would be nice to get a refund and shame on Judge Joe for allowing scams!!
