They ignored my emails until yesterday and they said I had to call them to cancel my account and gave me a disconnected number to call, they never sent my kit and charged my account $72 and some cents. Las Vegas

*notice..!! This ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

I ordered their kit for $3.88 shipping and handling only the kit was a free trial, but I never received it and 2 weeks later they charged my account $72.21.

I had tried to contact them by phone prior to this but never could get a hold of them, so I sent an email which was ignored also prior to the charge. A few days later I sent another email and they did not reply to this one until yesterday after the charge.

They told me I had to call the 1-866-870-4527 number to cancel my account but the number has been disconnected and I think they should have to refund my money.

Please if this has happened to anyone else that reads this report, please report it and maybe if the company gets enough bad reports they will have to refund our money or go out of business before they ripoff anyone else.
